Current position
· President of the Employers Group (Group I) at the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), Co-president of EU-Bulgaria committee;
· Director and adviser with the Presidency of Assembly of French Chambers of Commerce and Industry;
· Vice-president of the European Association of SMEs of theEuropean Popular Party;
· Lecturer on European lobbying matters at the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, and at the University of Wroclaw in Poland.
European achievement
· Information campaign on the Single Internal Market (1987), on €uro (2000-2001), on enlargement (2002-2003);
· Creation in 1987 and launching of European Network of Euro Info Centres (in 2003 almost 300 Euro Info Centres were implanted in different European Union regions and associated countries);
· Conception and launching of the financier instrument JEV for SMEs partnership in Europe (120 billions Ecu for 3 years 1998-2000);
· In 1995 Creation of French Permanent Circle of Delegates (140 structures represent in Brussels), Presidency until 2003, actual Honour Member;
· Responsible of the EESC activities with candidate countries to the Convention on European future (2001-2003);
· Creation of High School Degree Master/DESS programme “Public Policies in Europe” at the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg (1993);
· Conception of the “know-how” programme and its transfer to the Eastern Europe in a domain of the private sector support (SME support), and common society;
· Creation of French Chambers of Commerce and Industry Delegation to the European Union (1979).
